2. The contest is open to residents of the United States, Canada, and Europe aged 18 years and older.
3. There is no entry fee to enter into the contest. Participant who are entering into the contest must download the Who Winked Me App and register and subscribe under the Go Pro 1-year plan for $219.99.
4. By entering this contest, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. Winners will be chosen: The first participant who signs up 1000 paid subscribers will be declared the winner and awarded $50,000 US Dollars. For every 1000 new paid subscribers signed up by the contest participant, participant will receive an additional $50,000. 14.Contest participants will receive a contest code that will be tracked and attached to all of his or her signed up subscribers.
15. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw.

1. When contest participants register for the contest, participants must upload a photo and provide their contact information.
2. Each contest participants will receive a contest code. You must keep this code in your records. This code will be attached to your profile name for the contest. This is the only way Who Winked Me will be able to track the subscribers that you sign up for the 1-year plan. You can use your code on flyers, marketing materials, shirts and etc. once again your contest code MUST BE PLACED on all marketing materials!
3. Can contest participant receive help from someone else to get subscribers?  Yes. The helper must use the participant contest code. Who Winked Me, Inc will only pay the cash prize of $50,000 to the person who is registered under that contest code.
4. The contest participants must be following Who Winked Me on Twitter and other social platforms in order to enter in the contest.
5. Contest participants, if you are an entertainer and you do videos, concerts, talk radio etc, you must send a shout out to Who Winked Me.com
6. Contest participant will be able to give away “a free trip’’. to the paid subscribers who signed up for the 1-year subscription under their code.
